80% OF PURCHASED VOLUME IS FROM SUPPLIERS WHO HAVE SIGNED THE CODE OF CONDUCT
The cooperation with suppliers builds from our Code of Conduct for Suppliers. Through dialogue, we ensure that the minimum requirements of our Code are met in areas including human rights, working conditions, equal treatment, anti-corruption and the environment.
The ensuring a sustainable supply chain is important, both to deliver value to our customers and to contribute to sustainable development. Our choice of partners is crucial to our business and we are highly selective. We not only ensure that their products match our customers' requirements, but also that our suppliers are socially and environmentally responsible.
We encourage our suppliers in their sustainability efforts through dialogue and close cooperation, and we strive to gain insights into sustainability throughout the entire value chain. We evaluate our suppliers and screen them twice a year against the COC so that we can manage risks, optimise supplier performance as well as maintaining long-lasting and strong supplier relationships.
